New scam? Black Friday feedback survey

I've just received an email from 'Plusnet Feedback and Rewards Program' @ NlRWJJOUr@bumsonseats.com .  The subject is 'Help Improve Our Services - Receive Guaranteed Black Friday Rewards'.

Body of email starts:

Customer Experience Improvement Program

Black Friday Special Participation Offer

[Note US spelling]

It doesn't mention me by name, nor any details about me.  This has to be a scam, but it's plausible.  Have reported to abuse@plus.net  and report@phishing.gov.uk.

Anyone else had this?

Customer Experience Improvement Program

Black Friday Special Participation Offer

Yes, one of my mailboxes received this one.  I've reported it to:

1) report@phishing.gov.uk

2) abuse@plus.net

Plus I marked it as 'spam' via the webmail interface.

Then I deleted it.

Yes, at first glance it's convincing but would Plusnet, or anyone other than a scammer be sending a message from an address ending @bumsonseats.com?

The domain name is up for sale and deemed not safe by Microsoft!
