New phone and a total numpty.

Hi All,

I've just acquired a Oppo x5 pro phone and have absolutely no idea how to set up my plusnet email account on it, I don't know my way round this phone at all, even down to putting the apps on my front screen. If I go into settings it says that my plusnet is connected but I have no app on the front screen to receive any emails, can anyone help by explaining in very easy non tech terms what I can do to sort this.
