Need a change of IPSTAG for hosted domain name

Hi,

I would like to move my domain to Mythic Beasts so I need the IPSTAG to be changed to MYTHIC-BEASTS. There is an open question created 2:30PM on Sunday by DavidG, but it lists the IPSTAG in lowercase. According to https://www.mythic-beasts.com/support/domains/transfer page it needs to be all uppercase.

All IPS tags are uppercase!. I would hope that NETOps would know that and correct it when they process the request.

Looks like Plusnet is getting out of hosting domains business and according to the support person I've talked to the old systems have been shut down, so no idea what is in place now. I'm just trying to cover all bases and get the domain moved before the next bill increase. It used to be possible to put the IPSTAG in the Manage Domains interface, now it takes up to 5 days for the change.
