@chlolivo might be simpler, quicker & cheaper to get an ex-BT engineer in your area to do it https://ex-btengineer.co.uk/

Is full fibre available to you BT Broadband Address checker
If you can migrate to Full Fibre with the new fibre cable hopefully run to a location of your choice, there would be no charge.
The only downside is you would need to find a VoIP phone provider as plusnet do not offer a landline phone with Full Fibre.
Further advice can be provided regarding VoIP if needed

If you phone PN they should be able to sort this for you. As you are aware this is a chargable event.
If Full Fibre is coming your way then the Master Socket becomes redundant. Is it worth moving or would a high quality phone extension cable do the trick in the short term? You might lose a bit of performance but a lot cheaper than getting the socket moved.
If FF isn't yet available what does OR say for your address? www.openreach.co.uk
