I raised a ticket regarding the ftp DNS error(s), lack of apache logfiles and several other things back in November when some of my stuff got migrated. Despite the bot confirming the issues, advising that they needed to be escalated and claiming that had happened ...

DNS was eventually fixed after several days/weeks/months, I was (and still am) using the specific IP address that I discovered at the time. There is no webalizer or aws processing. There are no raw logfiles. It all stopped following migration. Apache Mod_Rewrite and .htaccess functionality which was there and fully working has also suddenly stopped working over the past 24 hours. Ticket raised but no response to that either of course. I will not be holding my breath while waiting needless to say.
