getting subscription ended message now any idea's done one reinstall lasted about a month

Ooh, we've gor an odd one here @baccini - we don't see this too often. I've just had a look through the account and everything does check out on our end, so it's really strange that this has happened. We've just removed and re-added the McAfee component on  our end so can you please give it another go? If it doesn't work, try installing it again and let us know how you get on. Smiley

Second that, the new component is in "signup" mode, it's automation that pushes it along until it becomes active. You should receive an email in the next 2-3 days saying that your McAfee product is ready to download. Once you've received that, give it a go, and let us kn ow if that works. Smiley

Looks like we've sent you the email to confirm Plusnet Protect (McAfee) is ready to download about 20 minutes ago. 

If you're still having issues, can you try uninstalling it, re-download from our website then re-install?

Hi, This has just happened to me this morning for the 3rd or 4th month in a row. I called Technical Services and was told that this is an ongoing issue and would carry on happening on a monthly basis while they are trying to resolve. 🙄
