Loose fibre cable underneath front door - trip hazard?

Hi,
We had full fibre installed in January, and now the weather's good we've noticed some issues.
Some of the clips holding the cable onto the front of the house have broken (hammered in too far?) and approx 1.5m of cable is loosely held against the wall. A few other clips look like they're about to break too.
The cable also runs underneath our front door, and today I found it wasn't securely attached. If it's pulled out somebody could easily trip (and/or damage the cable).
We've got very young children who could easily trip, or pull the cable out and wreck it. I've attached a photo to illustrate.
What's the best course of action? Is this something that Openreach would need to address?
Thank you!

Have a look at the OpenReach website and find the page on how to report damage.
Damage is one thing that customers can speak to OR about.

Thank you, I've gone through those channels and somebody should be appearing in the next 48 hours. I'll report back how that goes.
Out of interest, should the cable ever get broken somehow, I'm guessing it's impossible for me to repair? Are there any costs associated with a Plusnet/Openreach fix for it?

You certainly can’t fix it yourself. Regarding liability, if it got broken due to Openreach poor workmanship creating a trip hazard, Openreach must take responsibility. Interesting question though if it’s negligence by the property owner.
