Diversity, Equity & Inclusion Champion — Openreach
No awards for service provision but they're great at creating fair and respectful environments by acknowledging and valuing differences🙄
Superusers are not staff, but they do have a direct line of communication into the business in order to raise issues, concerns and feedback from the community.

Probably - but as I am not a PN customer, I don't care.
And, as you may have noticed, I regularly slate them for the customer 'service' they provide.

But those awards are directly relevant to their business offering.
Openreach's award has nothing to do with delivering a service which works ... which might explain why so many users wait so long to get dig work done ... too busy dealing with irrelevancies to deliver service in a timely manner. Wonder how much money they spend on DEI ... whilst in other parts of the group they have made folks who were delivering a useful service redundant?
