How to open a support ticket

I cant see how to open a support ticket with plusnet other than the "send us a text message" option. Sending a text message won't give me the opportunity to properly describe the issue and provide evidence to support the issue I am having.. is there a better way to open a support ticket via a webpage form or via email? I'm sure there used to be a way to do so.

@inabox The ability for customers to open tickets disappeared a long time back. Your best option is to call Customer Support, or if the issue is not account-specific, post a description of the problem on here, and we can possibly advise.

That's a shame.... if I do open a ticket that way, does it then become visible to me and I can add detail to it as required?

If Support open a ticket following your call, then it should appear in your Member Centre.
