Help with epp code

Hi there.

I need to speak to someone who can handle a domain transfer away from Plusnet to ifastnet.

The domain in question is harbourart.co.uk and i am getting conflicting information when searching the Internet.

The original service provider was freenetname.

Please can someone sort this for me?

For all .uk domains you need a IPSTAG for transferring a domain.

You get it from your new registrar. You then provide that to Plusnet who change the tag on your domain.

Looking at the ifastnet website , they are US based and so are probably more familar with transferring non-uk domains which require an EPP code.

I have contacted ifastnet who asked for the epp code?

Also the contact centre I use is in Newcastle UK.

I'm sorry but they're wrong!. An EPP code is only for a non-uk domain. uk domains are handled through Nominet and the transfer procedure is via a change to the IPSTAG. Its not possible to issue an EPP code for a .uk domain
