Haven’t received cash back email

I recently joined plusnet fibre broadband as of 9/10/19. My activation date was 4/10/19 however there was issue with line and wasn’t up and running till 9/10/19. I joined via uswitch with the £60 cashback offer and was confirmed the reward was showing when I spoke to someone from plusnet when the order was setting up, however been up and running for a fortnight today and still haven’t received an email like I was told I would :(.
