This was queried (behind the scenes) earlier today, and one of the Community Gaffers has kindly actioned the renewal - see https://www.nominet.uk/whois/?query=kelsobookshop.co.uk&cc-num=#whois-results which now shows expiry date at 30/09/21.
Renewals are now processed fairly automatically afaik but it might be worth checking late September 2021 to just to ensure next year's renewal for kelsobookshop.co.uk goes through on schedule : )
