Freenetname Madasafish No Email Forwarding since last week SMTP Error 550

You host <redacted>.co.uk (no content) and I use <redacted>@<redacted>.co.uk email addresses as my normal email address. All <redacted>.co.uk are just forwarded to my outlook <redacted>y@outlook.com, but since 28th October these seem to have stopped. Testing on webmail.plus.net sending a direct email gives SMTP error 550 with message shown on attachment.

ALSO (or because of this problem) I have heard nothing about your transfer of hosting/email to Greenby - discovered on this forum. I note my domain expires early next year, worried who / how this will be handled.

Please can anyone help, most urgently with getting emails going again, and the Greenby transfer / domain renewal query?

That very much suggests that your email address / account has been used to abuse the mail service.  I am NOT suggesting that YOU did this, but someone has.

Sender Domain Rejected (black listed by local policy)

This issue can report as server error 550. It typically arises where a user's email address has been abused for the purposes of sending spam emails. It has nothing to do with server settings etc.

This requires intervention by staff to determine the cause of the problem and to issue advice to check your system for viruses and malware. Only after your system(s) have been affirmed to be clean can the black listing be lifted. As a precaution, you should change the password on the affected email address.

You have not heard anything about migration because your cohort is not yet in the migration activity window.

Superusers are not staff, but they do have a direct line of communication into the business in order to raise issues, concerns and feedback from the community.
