Fixed IP option missing

Hi

I’ve previously paid for a Fixed IP but when I look in Add Ons no there’s no mention of it - is anyone from PN able to confirm my IP is fixed and if not re-enable it on my account?

If you have paid for a fixed IP, you will still have it. It is, however, now not an option for anyone without one.

you can check if you still have a static IP Address by using windows command nslookup for your broadband IP Add

A dynamic IP will provide this result for IP 83.216.128.100

nslookup 83.216.128.100
Server:  UnKnown
Address:  192.168.10.1

Name:    100.128.216.83.dyn.plus.net
Address:  83.216.128.100

Anything else will be static.
