Failure to connect to a supplier website

I have home FTTP 145 going through a Draytek Vigor 2866 Vac

A few days ago I wanted to access my account on www.odroid.co.uk, but instead I got an Apache Test Page.

I have tried Chrome, Edge, Firefox, Android Phone, all with the same result.

When I switched my phone wifi off, it went through to the site as expected. Switched phone wifi on and it failed.

I have checked all devices on my LAN to ensure there are no local Apache servers running. I also tried the original Plusnet router, but nothing changed.

www.odroid.co.uk and Plusnet help groups are currently at a loss.

As a long shot, I down loaded Tor browser. That got me to the site, but it was in Euros. Not sure if that proved anything, but I am running out of clues as to the possible root cause.

I am making my purchase from www.oroid.co.uk by telephone, so this is not a pressing issue. I just hate mysteries.

Has anyone experienced anything similar, or can make any suggestions as to where I may have overlooked?

Many thanks.

Re: Failure to connect to a supplier website

@GordonF I'm not using Plusnet, but I get an immediate ' unable to connect to website' message when clicking your second  link - but the first one is successful.

@jab1. The second link is mis spelt. There's a d missing in the link 😱😱

Ooops. Good spot. So the links work for you, apart from the one with my typo.

@GordonF What happens if you run a tracert to the address?

Re: Failure to connect to a supplier website

@GordonF

nslookup resolves the site to 18.130.241.241

Who's dns are you using?

Are you using any form of parental control like 'Safeguard' ?

Re: Failure to connect to a supplier website

DNS is my Draytek Router

No, no safeguard or other parental control.

Re: Failure to connect to a supplier website

Ignoring the last link that is misspelt.  Is there anyone with a Plusnet Broadband account can get to the site from either of the first two links?

Thanks.

Re: Failure to connect to a supplier website

I go to the home page of https://www.odroid.co.uk/ for both links

BTW you didn't like the tracert complete, but it does show the correct IP address and suspect it would have completed

Re: Failure to connect to a supplier website

Thanks. Excellent, that is another variable removed.
