Not a very helpful reply in my opinion @bmc
@Teasy1980 I had a similar experience a year ago when Openreach failed to repair a blocked pavement duct on a number of occasions over around 3 months when permission to dig was in place and no one turned up to do the work. Plusnet have no control over Openreach and escalations achieved nothing.
The best way to deal with this is to email the Openreach CEO, concisely explaining the situation. You can find the correct address with a bit of searching, I did this and was immediately put in contact with the Director Services Office (DSO) and their high level complaints team who took over the order, removing the powerless Plusnet from the scene. My Full Fibre was installed pretty quickly a day or two after the blocked duct was repaired.
It's definitely worth trying this this method, best of luck.😃

Update.
Two weeks ago, Ipsum (a contractor) came and laid ducting in our court.
They did a nice, neat job.
On the 18th May the Openreach engineer connected me up and I finally have the 900mb/s FTTP.
I have everything where I want it and the job is very neat.
Furthermore, Plusnet have said I am going to get £605 compensation credited to my bill which I can apply for a cash refund.
I must say that Plusnet have been very helpful and the problems have been with Openreach.
Openreach seem very disorganised.
My advice to anyone waiting is to make an official complaint to Plusnet.
Thanks to everyone who replied on this discussion to help.
