And ringing CS probably isn't the best idea - few of them wiil know what you are talking about as domains are a 'legacy' - no longer supported - feature.

To be clear, an EPP is only required for .com domain names.
.*.uk names just need the ISPTAG changing to that of your new registrar.
Either can be triggered from here, but you need to be clear about which is required: some users have been in receipt of bad information and have requested a EPP where a ISPTAG name change is required.
In another browser tab, login into the Plusnet user portal BEFORE clicking the fault & ticket links
Superusers are not staff, but they do have a direct line of communication into the business in order to raise issues, concerns and feedback from the community.

That is not YOUR domain, it is not a migratable domain, it is PlusNet's domain and it cannot go anywhere.
