Domain transfer

Hi,

Can anyone please advise how I can request to transfer a domain out to a third party?  I'm going in circles with the phone number and not getting to talk to anyone and a retag.  All I appear to be able to do is log a fault or talk about my billing!

Sorted.  I think.  Managed to get through to someone by selecting an option like billing issues!  They were very helpful and raised the request.  Apparently just have to wait a few days now.
