Domain transfer to iCloud

I'd like to transfer my 2 domains hosted by Plusnet to Cloudflare to use with Apple's iCloud email, I need Plusnet to change the IPS Tag to "CLOUDFLARE".  Can anyone help with this please? Account name is Spear. 

When completing all the settings on Cloudflare i also got a prompt saying i should also delete my other nameservers, ns1.force9.net.and ns2.force9.net - is this a necessary step?
