Domain name transfer

I have a domain name currently hosted on Plusnet, but I'd like to move it to Mythic Beasts. I've just initiated the transfer at their end and the next step is to have the domain retagged.

Is there a member of staff here that can arrange to do this? (I saw Debbie_G helped someone with this same situation last week)
