Domain Transfer

Could someone on staff please take a look at ticket 222825669

 

Last week I requested a code to transfer a domain out.  I was told I would receive it within 48 hours by email.  I called again today because I still haven't received it and was told the code is in the notes on my account, but it has not been sent.  I asked for it to be sent.  I still have not received it.

 

Can someone poke someone to send it please?

Is this a .uk domain ?

Superusers are not staff, but they do have a direct line of communication into the business in order to raise issues, concerns and feedback from the community.

No, it's a .uk.com domain.

Thanks, in that case you do need an EPP code.

Just to clarify.  Until 30 seconds ago, I haven't been given anything since my call last week. Are you expecting that I should be able to see the ticket you just linked somehow?  It isn't showing in my portal other than via the direct link you gave me.

Hello,

There should ideally be a banner on the homepage of your account online to view open questions, though I'm aware that doesn't currently show due to an issue we've logged (ref: MC-1858) and we're working on. 

The ticket ^ was e-mailed to the contact e-mail address we hold for you on file. I'm really sorry if you didn't get it though. Sad
