This time last year, I nearly lost access to my wife's email domain when Plusnet initially overlooked the renewal then cocked up details of ticket logging when it was eventually flagged. (Here's the link to last year's post Re: Another Customer With Domain Renewal Problems - Plusnet Community)
Well here we are with a couple of week's to go until it needs to be renewed again and I've been sent no update information from Plusnet and I can't get through on the phone to discuss.

@Bauhaus100 - I have had a look into this for you and from what I can see your domain was renewed last Friday, so the expiry date is now the 31st of December 2023.
