Does Plusnet respond on Twitter?

I sent Plusnet a message on Twitter on Friday and got an auto response stating that they were rather busy but would get back to me 'as soon as possible'. I posted again on Monday and again yesterday but still not reply. If they are unable to reply to a simple query in five days I'm not sure that I want to move from my current ISP to Plusnet. Is their Twitter usually this appalling?

Sorry Lee. Too late. Your website says we can contact you via Twitter, but still no response on there from my original query on October 3rd. I have now switched to another provider. I suggest you remove mention of your Twitter account from your website so others are not kept waiting for a non-existent reply.
For reference your Twitter auto message reads "Thanks for contacting Plusnet! We’ve received your message and one of our helpful members of staff will be in touch as soon as possible." Umm...
