Can't login (domain and web space on Force9)

I have a domain registered with PlusNet, web pages and email all working OK. but I can't get into my account.

I put username and password and it acknowledges me with my first name but says I can't do anything because there's already a change in progress.

Not having broadband or mobile from PlusNet means their help is unhelpful.

Who can I contact or what can I do - help please.

@BS6600 - you appear from that screenshot to be logged into your account - the only thing that notice should prevent is you making changes to your package/service, it should not stop you doing  anything else, like checking tickets, &c.

Unfortunately, it still looks like this is ongoing and may not be an easy fix.

We've raised a task to another team to see what can be done

Re: Can't login (domain and web space on Force9)

I may have to request an escalation of this problem.

As of yesterday (15/8/23) I can not send emails to any Gmail address.

The Community says I may have to go into my account to fix this. That looks vvcomplicated so I hope there will be a more universal restoration of normality.

But if not then I need to get into my account

Re: Can't login (domain and web space on Force9)

@BS6600 - We've been advised of issues with our email but I'm not sure if they are causing you these specific issues. Can you PM me the username you are logging in with on the portal and the domain name. Also let me know if you can send emails to any other email address other than Gmail?

Re: Can't login (domain and web space on Force9)

Further to the above

First failure was on 15/9/23 at 17:59

I have had sporadic fails all from scripted forwarding of a forum's posts, most of which go OK.  This was not urgent enought to warrant investigation. From memory it was posts from a particular member.

Has it been any better in the past 2 days? If not, I am going to raise it to the netops team to see what they can do with it.
