Can't enable static IP

Hi,

 

My new fibre went live recently. It has all been working well but I can't enable the static IP in the 'Add-ons' page, it constantly says "You are currently using a dynamic IP address"

Clicking the "Activate" button does nothing - just returns back to showing the same thing.

I paid the £5 before it all went live, so am presuming this has mucked things up.

Can you have a look into this please?

@barlow1123  Welcome to the Plusnet Community Fora.

It currently has to be activated manually. A Plusnet agent will pick this post up and activate it for you. After this is done you need to reboot the hub to pick up the new address.

Fix

Hi @barlow1123 

That's been sorted out for you now and if you reboot your router it should get picked up

After the 3rd of November I will have a limited presence here as I have moved to a new role
