BTw Speedtest Gone Bananas?

The following screen shots are intersting to say the least!

The first is using my Ethernet connected PC and aligns pretty well with what I would expect:

However I recently bought a new latest generation IPad and this is the claimed speed over a wireless connection:

Which is pretty impressive on an 80/20 connection! I wonder if this is somehow reporting the download  speed over the 5GHz band between the router and IPad unless any-one has other ideas?

Just tried the "Additional Diagnostic" and after entering and confirming my phone number I get this:

When it should IMSMC be near instant with the results.

It's a ploy by OR to avoid having to accept any speed faults🙄

'What fault Sir/Madam? your download speed is 250Mb,  NFF !!'

Apart from the upstream being a tad optimistic, seems normal here.
