OK so finally the letter from Plusnet has arrived, saying the guide book will follow later. In fact the guide book was enclosed with the letter!
I'm on FTTC and as far as I know that won't be changing as we don't have FTTP here yet.
The guide book keeps saying that EE/Openreach will make an appointment for an engineer to come and set up the equipment.
Surely that's not really neccesary if all that's happenng is changing routers and plugging in a phone. I think I can handle that.

Hi @geriatrix
Thanks for coming back to the community.
Please see our Move to EE page and select 'When will my service move to EE' for details on when an engineer will be needed.
If you don't need an engineer, please give us a call and our customer support team will get the transfer looked into for you.
Leanne.
