Another rDNS request please

Hi

I've just completed the migration from PlusNet Business (RIP) to PlusNet Residential. I must say, although I had to wait a while for an appointment, the whole process was very smoothly handled in one seamless phone call, and total internet down-time was only about 10 seconds.

My static IP changed though, and I forgot to ask for rDNS to be set to where I need it. Could that be sorted for me please?

I would like my new static IP to point back to deodar.org.uk please.

@deodar2uk have you already got the A record created to the new IP ?

Netops will want to check that exists before they will set the rDNS

Please can you reply to the ticket here for me? Also, like @MisterW said, we need it to point towards the static.
