Thanks Dan I can now see them all, every Abuse email also triggered a Ticket. Does this mean this will stop when they are happy Greenby have my account safe? Or is for me to give up my account! This was from over a month ago.

I’m sorry that you’re still receiving emails about your webspace. I can see that these notifications are continuing even after the migration to Greenby. As I mentioned when we last spoke, this can still happen because the messages are automated within the system.

To stop these emails completely, your account would need to be closed. At the moment, we’re unable to do this until our Network Operations team confirms that all of your data has been successfully transferred. Once they’ve confirmed this, we’ll be able to proceed with the account closure.

We’ve flagged it up to confirm if your webspace is now fully with Greenby. If so we should be able to sort it by closing the account or removing the webspace component or there may be another solution that the networks team have.
