Having real problems accessing axs.com to buy tickets for Birmingham Utilita, have been and I am in touch with their tech support but getting nowhere fast. We buy tickets for many events throughout the year so not being able to via plus net is a right pain. Security team think plus net may be blocking something? It’s really odd as I can browse other venues but not Utilita.

How long have you been with PN? What is the issue?

Many years with PN. The axs website is flagging me up as a Bot and not letting me browse or purchase tickets on the website or their own app on iphone. Have tried on phone, ipad, wife’s phone. All get blocked with “Something doesn’t look right” message.
Tried on old computer too but it’s too old to load the website properly.
AXS security team have tried to whitelist my IP to no avail. I tried getting a new IP by restarting router but it stayed the same. The latest reply from them was maybe internet provider is blocking something. But I’ve tried on mobile data and still no luck so I don’t think it’s Plus Net doing anything.

I did that last one on mobile data and it’s the same message (via Spusu, so it’s definitely not a PN problem that I can see)

It isn't, as you say, a PN problem. However, on Zen Internet connection, I don't have an issue, so it could be down to the routing - I don't know, as that is a little outside my skill-set.
Mind you, I did get the 'prove you're not a bot' notification.

That would seem to be somewhat conclusive. If you are certain that you were connecting over mobile data and you get the same issue, that somewhat eliminates Plusnet from the issue.
The screen shot above seems to point to a more likely villain - the identity hiding mis-use of VPN services (which the government usefully seeks to prohibit). There is only ONE legitimate purpose for using a VPN and that is to facilitate a secure connection into a PRIVATE NETWORK (there's a clue in its name) as in a remote employee connecting into a secure corporate network.
VPNs are not a vehicle for masking the connection and source of a connection to the public internet - something which Cloundflare (who hosts axs.com) gets squiffy over.
Can you access the service on a different device?
I suspect that could be related to the use of the iPhone's "Limit IP Address Tracking" from known trackers ... or have you configured a VPN?![]()
In another browser tab, login into the Plusnet user portal BEFORE clicking the fault & ticket links

I can go through the process of selecting a show and choosing two tickets.
But there are multiple Cloudflare verification pop-ups it is all very sketchy compared to typical commercial websites.
