A record DNS Help

Hi; I am trying to move my website on plusnet to Hostinger and they have told me to change my IP address using A record method. 

I have added a record using format  "mydomain.co.uk" A  154.49.245.219  see clip

 

I did this yesterday but it does not seem to have propagated and is still showing 212.159.8.91

Is the format of correct?
