3rd year of Openreach saying "We’ll be building in this area in the next year"

Hi there. It's now the third year of the Openreach full fibre checker saying that they are building in my area (for my postcode and property) in the next year. But still nothing. I did try to contact them to ask what's going on, but seemingly they don't field questions from end customers. Does anybody know if and how I might complain (or do anything), and whether this is just normal? Any feedback or previous experiences shared - much appreciated. Thanks all.

Is an ISP via the Openreach network your only option?

No longer a Plusnet customer due to Openreach incompetence - Moved to Zen via CityFibre for symmetrical 500Mbps fibre broadband & digital voice.

I was registered with County Broadband too, but they did exactly the same. Said it was being built in the next year, but it never came. Not sure who has influence over whom these days! Thanks
