Re: webmail painfully slow , cannot delete a single email

Hi @padge

I'm sorry to see you're having issues with webmail.

Can you try the steps explained Here or use basic webmail Here? This may improve the performance.

If those steps don't help though, I'd recommend setting up your emails on a mail client as things should be better in this way, if you're unsure how there's instructions Here.

Let us know how it goes.

I normally use thunderbird but I'm trying to reduce the mailbox size

tried the fix ,squirelmail fails to load.

normal mail eventually loads, when i select a single email and try to delete it it times out with an error message

and refresh takes ages

Re: webmail painfully slow , cannot delete a single email

Thanks for getting back to me @padge

Ah I see, have you tried setting up your emails as POP3 on a mail client? That way you'd be able to set it up to automatically delete your emails off the server (webmail) in one fell swoop, downloading those emails to that device.

Appreciate though it'll mean that those emails won't be automatically available on other devices you may have.
