old totalise email account, any way to access?

I've a totalise.co.uk email account I've not accessed for many years.  However I want to find an old email with some important details in.   I've a good idea of the password (but not sure).   However I was unable to access via https://webmail.plus.net/  

i also tried https://secure.madasafish.com/myaccountdx/summary/ but get an error after entering what i think is the correct password.

"The web page at https://secure.madasafish.com/myaccountdx/summary/ might be temporarily down or it may have moved permanently to a new web address.

ERR_HTTP2_PROTOCOL_ERROR"

I’ve sent you a DM with some information I need to locate your old Totalise email account. Please note that as the account was not logged into for more than 90 days, it might have been archived, and the emails may no longer exist. We would have sent a warning email before archiving.

Hi, 

I also can't access my totalise email. I haven't used in a very long time, but now BT are emailing me at that address regarding my phone line and i'm stuck.

Does the BT account portal allow you to change your contact email address?

If you have the username associated with the email address please DM me.

If not I would either do as Townman says and log into the BT account and update the email address or just call them and ask them to change it.

Then you can ask them to resend communications if you wish.
