@Mike26 Ok, so i use both https://www.ecohosting.co.uk/email.html and https://www.mythic-beasts.com/hosting for my domains. Ecohosting is £30 (inc VAT) for up to 10 mailboxes with 5GB storage, whereas Mythic is £20 (if you pay annually) for unlimited mailboxes but only 2GB storage (on the email only). On top of that you will have domain registration of approx £7/yr (assuming a .uk domain).
Both provide SPF & DKIM support for email, Ecohosting use the more standard CPanel interface for configuration whereas Mythic have an in house interface ( more similar to the Plusnet one). Both would be easy to get to grips with if you've use the PN fucntionality.
You may also need to think about transferring existing email to the new supplier. If you use POP3 on your client then its not a problem because email is stored locally on the client (unless you use 'leave on server') , if you use IMAP then you will need to transfer existing mail to the new account.
edit: @Townman was a bit more concise but faster...
Superusers are not staff, but they do have a direct line of communication into the business in order to raise issues, concerns and feedback from the community.
