loss of inbox messages rom my plusnet/totaise web mail

Hi I have just lost, don't think I deleted, all of my inbox. My web mail folders are intact. and I am now receiving new email from 2-30 this afternoon. Can these lost emails be recovered I have not been notified that should register with greenby. So am worried and a little confused.

imap.totalserve.co.uk has IPs 212.159.9.163 & 212.159.8.163 these are Plusnet IPs.  

Perhaps a support call to Plusnet as I'd have expected to see 91.xxx.xxx.xxx IPs had you migrated to Greenby.

Thanks for the quick reply philip. that's one avenue resolved. I might be thick but I can not find any avenue to reach plus net support for email issues all I get is broadband avenues ( I am not with them for broadband). Any advice anyone.

@gilbro Call them on 0330 123 9123, although you may have a problem getting the agent to understand/resolve your issue - as PN are transferring the email service to Enix/Greenby, first-line agents are not being given any training on it.

@gilbro Is this 'inbox' on a client, or on webmail? Just a thought - have you exceeded the rather meagre storage limit?
