hi,

i have not been able to access my icscotland.net email since the earlier in the week.

i says server response -err login failed.

any help would be appreciated.

this is the full error " Account: 'pop3.icscotland.net', Server: 'pop3.icscotland.net', Protocol: POP3, Server Response: '-ERR Login failed.', Port: 110, Secure(SSL): No, Server Error: 0x800CCC90, Error Number: 0x800CCC92"

Hi there,

Who provides that email address? It’s not one I recognise.

This is my personal Community Forum account to help out around these parts while I'm at home. If I'm posting from the 1st March 2020, this means I'm off-duty with no access to internal systems.

Ah interesting. I’ve done some digging and it looks to be part of the Madasafish brand we manage. 

@kingston, could you private message me the full email address so I can take a closer look for you?

From 31st October 2022, I no longer have a regular presence here as I’ve moved on to a new role.
