iPad Plusnet email

Using Plusnet on my wives iPad ( not webmail ). I move unwanted emails to trash but how do I delete emails from trash? Grateful for any help. Thank you

Scroll down in mail (assuming that's what you're using) and select the account->trash then delete what you want and it's gone forever from the server.
