hi
  i am new to community
    been with plusnet for a week  im haviing trouble with email changed my address sent emails  but not getting any back  has enyone had problems  lyn Sad

I suspect that something isn't set up correctly at your end.
Which email client are you using - such as Outlook Express, Windows Live Mail etc
For receiving mails have you set the logon name as username+mailboxname
If you go to here https://portal.plus.net/my.html?action=myemail&s=1&redirected=yes&?membermenu=emailsettings and select Manage My Mail is the email address there
