I am not able to get to my email either on webmail where I get "Secure connection failed" or with Outlook where the connection to the server was interrupted

Greenby may tell you to delete your Outlook user ID and then recreate it. DO NOT DO THIS. For me, this resulted in the permanent loss of all my contacts and folders. And Greenby will not own the problem.
