eM client error

Hi,

  As of a couple of days ago (without having changed anything myself), I get a continuous red triangle icon to the right of my email account name at the top of the left-hand sidebar; I am unable to receive emails, but can send them ok.

  As a precaution, I changed my password for this account and updated the client on my phone and eM Client on my PC, but the problem persists.  I've checked the account (IMAP/SMTP etc) settings vs my email provider's recommended settings and they match perfectly.

  Can anyone offer any help?  This is driving me nuts...

Sorry to hear this.

 

Our support with email clients can be quite limited. However, are you experiencing the same problem through webmail?
