I have had no access to my f9 email account since 18th November. I've received no notification that I was being, or have been migrated, yet I can no longer access webmail via the f9/plusnet portal.
I am also not able to access the account via any method, be it webmail or third party mail (thunderbird, outlook etc).
email account is <redacted>@<redacted>.f9.co.uk
I have had this account for 20 years or more.
I need access to the account so I can move all my accounts away from f9/plusnet/greengy as theya re clearly no longer reliable.
Please advise how I can regain access to my account.
Personal information removed from a public forum (to an area that staff can see).

Still not working.
I can log in to the Plus.net portal and see my old details. So I know the account and password are correct.
Webmail is not working. Just says 'Login Failed'
I cant connect using thunderbird or outlook via imap or pop using the account details I can log into plus.net using.

I have just tried greenby and yes, I can.
The really disappointing thing is I received Zero communication that this was happening, and only noticed when I stopped receiving emails for a few days.
I was trying https://webmail.plus.net/ as Nobody had told me otherwiser.
Also, Greenby have defaulted to [Removed] I use [Removed] as my primary personal email address, so all emails sent to my personal address have been lost since the 15th November.
i have been able to setup an mailbox for [Removed] so I can now at least receive emails so I can now succesfully migrate away from Greenby/f9.
Its a shame, as I've had the address for a couple of decades, but I'm not paying for a service that has fallen at the first hurdle, even if it is only £15 pa.
However, thanks for responding to me Tony, I magine you're getting a lot of grief over how this migration is being handled, so please know we're not moaning at you. Have a good day.

Apparently a secondary email address.
You have not detailed your issues, just that things are not as you expect them to be.
There is some empirical evidence that userID credentials are not being used correctly by Greenby's servers. The use of email addresses with SECONDARY email addresses do not work as they used to with the Plusnet service. One needs to use account+mailbox ... however there is additional empirical evidence that the proxy server is not selecting the right servers for those connections, resulting in new mail not being seen. None of this applies to the DEFAULT mailbox.
As an interim mitigation, use the Greenby webmail client using account+mailbox as the userID. Not ideal, but at least you'll be able to access your emails. https://webmail.enmail.co/
In another browser tab, login into the Plusnet user portal BEFORE clicking the fault & ticket links
Superusers are not staff, but they do have a direct line of communication into the business in order to raise issues, concerns and feedback from the community.
