Why has my email stopped working?

I haven't had email or webmail access since midday, no communication from Plus Net or Greenby. Not good enough.

I've just started getting my emails again though things are still difficult as one of my mailboxes hadn't yet been migrated.

I had managed to login to my Greenby dashboard so I knew Greenby were aware of the problem but they didn't say what the problem was. 

And they can't tell me when they'll migrate my other mailbox .

Looking at the forum Greenby migrations from Plusnet  have been problematical since they started....

well silly me for assuming that if I suddenly stop receiving a service that I’m paying for it’s not unreasonable to ask why? I now realise I need to research it. Sorry to have troubled you.
