Where are the DNS Management pages on Plusnet ?

I'll probably kick myself, but I can't find the DNS management pages (I need to add some CNAME records to satisfy SMPT2GO verification)

Manage my account.

In the lower half of the screen, manage my domain.

Thanks for your reply !

In Manage My Account

Broadband account details

the only items at the bottom are: 1) Additional Support 2) Referrals  3) Marketing preferences  and 4) Manage your Plusnet  mailboxes.

Where have I gone wrong ?

Re: Where are the DNS Management pages on Plusnet ?

Do you actually have a domain hosted by Plusnet ?

Re: Where are the DNS Management pages on Plusnet ?

Ahhh !  Let me explain my problem.  I have an Arduino which sends email from ****@****.plus.com   The email is routed by SMTP2GO.   They have informed me that I need to add CNAME records to my setup on my DNS provider.   I assumed that this was controlled by Plusnet.  Am I wrong ?

The email is routed by SMTP2GO

Why ?

You cant add DNS records for the ***.plus.com domain.

Just configure the Arduino to send mail via relay.plus.net.

Re: Where are the DNS Management pages on Plusnet ?

Hi again,  I'm embarresed to say that I can't remember why I ended up using SMTP2GO  (I set this up many years ago !!)

I'll try relay.plus.net and see how I get on !!   Thanks for your help !

In passing, you do not have to register the DOMAIN name, you can register individual email addresses - see the bottom of here - Verified Senders – SMTP2GO Support
