Webmail tool bar oddity

Recently my old Dell machine has acquired a pair of pop-up panels superimposed on the Webmail tool bar obscuring about half of the icons. One is labelled "Filter" and the other looks a bit like a search bar. The are a bit annoying, I cannot get rid of them and I cannot use the covered buttons. They may be associated with Hardware Helper which I have uninstalled, this had a Delta Toolbar as a byproduct of that program. Any ideas about a deletion practice?

Re: Webmail tool bar oddity

The Filter is part of the wemail interface, and has always been there (since Roundcube has been used).
Unfortunately, due to the way the page is styled if the window is not wide enough or the text size is too large, it will overlap the buttons.
About the only option I can think of to do anything about it, is to use greasemonkey in firefox with an appropriate script to remove it.

Or zoom the screen negatively?
