Webmail screen has shrunk

Suddenly, and without me touching anything, my webmail screen has shrunk!
Only about 7 messages are now dispayed, on about 1/5 of the screen; the remaining 4/5 of the screen is blank, apart from the "Cube" logo.
What's going on, and how can I effect a PERMANENT fix?

@mrick. Sorry to hear about the issue you're having, this sounds like an issue with the device you're using, as the size of the screen is not something we have any control over remotely.
Without seeing this it's hard for us to advise on what the issue could be, if at all possible could you take a screenshot and send this in a private message?
Thanks - Carl

Carl,
Thanks.
Screenshot may be a while, as my camera was stolen the other day...!

@mrick Sorry to jump in, but to help - what OS are you using? Windows 7/8/10 have a screen-shot application built in, or you could use 'Print Screen' - a bit messy, but it works.

John,
I'm showing my technical ignorance...!
It's Windows 10.

@mrick, as per the info provided by jab1, you should be able to print the screen from windows.
Please make sure that when you send us the screen shot that this is done via a private message.
Thanks - Carl.

That window at the bottom is the "preview window". Until you select an email, that bottom window will be empty (apart from the "domed cube") If you grab the separator bar between the 3 windows (list of emails at top, preview below), then you can resize things.
There's also a "show preview pane" tick box (at the bottom of the list of emails) that can get rid of that preview window.

@paul_blitz Never thought of the 'preview window' - by default on all my email clients -Thunderbird, Yahoo, GMail they are closed as they serve no purpose and just restrict available screen estate, so I didn't even give it a thought.
Strange how they occasionally 'reopen' themselves though.
