I have been, and am still, having the same issue. I have tried logging into Greenby but get rejected, so I take it I haven't been migrated yet. I use yyy@xxx.plus.com email addresses.
I have also tried different browsers, clearing cookies etc.

No *.plus.com email users have yet been migrated.
I have again reproduced the error - I'll raise a focussed escalation.

I wonder if, as part of the preparation for the migration, certain files were made read only or certain tables made read only.
Alternatively there could be queries used for the process of identities that have been modified to accommodate the new platform after the migration but the current menus are either calling the wrong ones or the ones they call are correct but attempt to modify objects on a platform they do not control...YET.
Just a thought

No that is not the case. The webmail service is already migrated. This aspect of the service is not part of the mail platform back ends which have not yet started migration for Plus.com users. Guessing at what this might be only creates FUD.

Ah-HA!! It turns out that entering new identities on the PlusNet Webmail portal was actually writing to the Greenby database. Now I've been migrated, the many attempts I made are all visible in the Greenby portal. Just in case you are as blind as me, they are in Settings / Identities.
