Vanished emails

All my emails since May have vanished. I had a notification of 300 odd unread emails most of which I had read. I marked them as read and they disappeared altogether. I logged in on another device and they were all present very briefly then vanished. I’ve looked in the Bin and they’re not there so I haven’t deleted them inadvertently. Any thoughts?

I have looked at my inbox on the server via webmail link and the missing emails aren’t in the inbox or deleted messages mailboxes there either. Does Plusnet arrive parts of mailboxes? Why the most recent?

If we were to archive emails it would be the full mailbox, when was the last time you saw them? The reason I ask is because we could see about getting a snapshot back of it.

I think it was Sunday — although I watched an AA man email me on Monday and that never arrived. Since then I’ve received several emails.
