Unable to log onto Greenby server since early hours of the morning.
Get in about 11.15am - then the knock back - undelivered mails start coming back.
Hopeless furstrating service - has open ticket with since Feb (and another before that when I migrated late 2024).
Service provided not workable.

I have just had a 'call' from Greenby saying the plusnet email is suspended until I pay up for a subscription, this has never been mentioned. Also the mobile said the number they called from is a scam

@sjmartin60 Are you a current Plusnet subscriber, and is your email address in the form of <something@username.plus.com>?

Yes, I only have the mail account though, I was never sent the migration email

@sjmartin60 If you are a mail only account, as it appears, the service is chargeable after 30 days, although you are the first person I have heard who has received a phone call about it.
@plusnettony Has this account been transferred to Greenby?

I have received no emails since saturday 11th 18.57. I don't mind paying but not if I don't have to and it is 100% legit

I got the phone call because it was arranged by someone at plusnet

Does sound very legit, the caller had a very strong Indian accent, can you confirm their number?

According to the Greenby AI my account hasn't been reached yet, how long will I need to wait, I might be missing some important email as it's my main email account
