Thanks, I just tried that, after Googling for a log in page, but it said "Account details not recognised, please try again.😢

Sorry about that, @SkylineUK_Dup  - as I said, it worked for me, from the page in the attached screenshot.

As far as I understand it, that response means you have not been migrated.  Can @plusnettony or anyone else confirm that?

Re: Update on Plusnet email migration to Greenby

Yes, that's what I think.  I never miss inbound emails.

Maybe there's a chicken and egg here?  My Plusnet email died early this month for some reason, so I would not have received Greenby's email?

I found a Greenby page that says it will send me a code if I input my user name, so I did.  But with my Plusnet email defunct I can't receive it...

Re: Update on Plusnet email migration to Greenby

Many thanks.  Will I be migrated at that point, or still on Plusnet?

Re: Update on Plusnet email migration to Greenby

Another Greenby issue sorted. 😊

When attempting to log in to Greenby webmail I failed with this message:

! REQUEST CHECK FAILED
For your protection, access to this resource is secured against CSRF.
If you see this, you probably didn't log out before leaving the web application.

Human interaction is now required to continue.
Please contact your server administrator.

In case anyone else gets such a message, have no fear! The only "Human interaction" required was the deletion of the existing Greenby Cookies from the browser.

BTW, "CSF" means: Cross-site request forgery

https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Cross-site_request_forgery

P.S. Talk about Greenby? The trouble I had with the above simple post (and others) - it's effin' Lithium that gets my goat. 😠

Thanks. Useful to know Greenby sometimes calls for human interaction.

No, nothing's changed.  No email from Greenby.  Not able to operate email in Greenby (no credentials) or via Outlook.  Log in to Plusnet Mail via browser still works, but no movement in any boxes since 6th April 2026.

If I try to log in at Greenby I get this message:

Check your Inbox & Mobile
If your account exists, we’ve sent a password reset email and text message (if we have your number). You can reset your password and login by entering the code below.

No such email arrives, because my Plusnet email died on 6th April, as said above.  Or, more likely, my account does not exist as per the Greenby log in message above, as it has not been migrated.

Re: Update on Plusnet email migration to Greenby

I got that message when attempting to log in to my Greenby account, but I had an email a month ago stating I had been migrated. Long story short. I only got 30 days free, then emails stopped. Greenby login failed, but Plusnet Support suggested using a Private browser session.
I could then log in, pay £15 and my emails resumed.

Re: Update on Plusnet email migration to Greenby

Too right (a mess)- moving to Greenby was a HUGE MISTAKE!!   It wasn't always good with Pluset, but again (again, again, again) I can't get into my email this morning (16.4.)

And after 2 years this facility will have to be paid for?????????????????     I don't think so.

Is this just this morning, or have you been having longer term problems?
